We are Hiring 

Job opening for Non voice US Process 
Vacancies: 160 | Location : Pune (S.P Infocity, Fursungi/ Magarpatta City)


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience - 6 months to 5 years - BPO Voice/Chat/Back office Experience (Preferred Semi Technical / Process- Telecom)
Qualification -BCA/BCS/BSC/BCOM/BA/BTech Only full time graduates 

Good communication skills, both spoken and written with good comprehension of English language
Logical & analytical skills to investigate and suggest solutions
Knowledge of computers MS Office, etc.
Interact with other departments/teams through chats/emails
Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters
Ability to learn quickly with a sense of ownership
Candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts, mostly night shifts (including weekends)

CTC: 1.6 Lacks to 2.2 Lacks + Nightshift Allowance + Free Pick up and Drop + Free Meal
